Job description

Constrafor is rebuilding the financial infrastructure behind one of the largest industries on the planet and we're doing it fast! Construction moves trillions of dollars a year, yet it still runs on outdated processes, cash flow guesswork, and paperwork chaos. We're the SaaS and fintech platform fixing that, giving General Contractors and Subcontractors the tools to manage procurement and financial transactions the way modern companies actually operate. Backed by $30M+ in VC funding and scaling fast, we're not just building software, we're building the operating system for construction finance. If you want your work to have real, tangible impact on an industry that touches literally everything around you, this is that opportunity. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Constrafor, you'll bring our compliance and procurement platform to some of the largest general contractors in the country. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, helping GCs replace manual, fragmented processes with a single platform for COI management, invoicing and payments, contracts, subcontractor pre-qualification, and diversity tracking. This is a hands on role for someone who understands how construction companies buy software, knows how to navigate complex organizations, and wants to win deals that change how an industry operates. You'll work closely with Product, Customer Success, and leadership to build pipeline, shape our go to market strategy, and make sure every customer we bring on is set up for long term success. 📝 What You'll Do: • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise general contractors, from prospecting and discovery through demos, proposals, negotiation, and close. • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry events, referrals, and partnerships. • Run consultative discovery to understand each GC's workflows across risk, compliance, procurement, accounts payable, and project operations. • Deliver tailored demos showing how Constrafor's platform solve real customer problems. • Navigate complex buying committees, building relationships with stakeholders across Risk Management, Procurement, Finance, Operations, IT, and the C suite. • Build compelling business cases and ROI analyses that show the value of consolidating workflows onto one platform. • Manage long, multi stakeholder sales cycles, including security reviews, legal redlines, and procurement processes. • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and deal activity in our CRM. • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. • Share market and customer feedback with Product to help shape the roadmap. • Represent Constrafor at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events. 📈 What You Bring: • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals. • Experience selling software to general contractors, or related industries such as real estate or engineering is strongly preferred. • Bachelor's Degree preferred. • Familiarity with construction workflows such as insurance compliance, subcontractor pre-qualification, payment applications, or procurement. • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota in a full cycle closing role. • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers and six figure deal sizes. • Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage executives. • An established network within the construction industry is a plus. • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, or similar). • Experience working in a startup or high growth environment is strongly preferred. • A self starter mindset with strong organization, resilience, and a competitive drive to win. 💼 What We Offer: • Competitive Compensation: $100,000-$115,000 base + Commission ($220,000-$235,000 OTE) • Equity ownership within Constrafor. • Hybrid office schedule out of our beautiful Hudson Yards office. • Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage offered for you and your dependents. • Generous PTO Plan. • A collaborative and innovative work culture that values your input. • Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing tech company.
