Job description

Clozd is the leader in Decision Intelligence, helping companies uncover the truth by capturing direct feedback throughout the customer journey. We believe most revenue organizations are operating without the full picture. CRM and call data only tell part of the story. Clozd delivers the missing truth layer, giving executives the insights they need to improve win rates, retention, and growth. We need team members who can tackle ambiguity, solve complex problems, and delight customers. We hire dynamic employees who take initiative, find ways to simplify and scale, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, value humility and learning, crave a fast-paced startup environment, and never compromise their integrity. This person will play a vital role in our outreach efforts and business development. We’ve historically had our part-time ops associates (and before that our publishing associates) dedicate a few hours each week to calling. However, the impact of calling for our priority clients is so huge we made a role dedicated to it. This team has proven so valuable that it has grown to several members dedicated to outreach each day. Having several dedicated callers will ensure consistent bandwidth for calling, and their specialization will yield greater efficiencies in their calling efforts. This is a very fun and challenging opportunity for anyone who wants to bet on themselves to potentially make a lot of money and a lasting difference at Clozd. This is a part-time undergrad student based out of our Lehi, UT office. What you will be doing: Dedicate 20 hours of cold calling, texting, and LinkedIn messaging each week. Coordinate with our Operations Analyst to receive contacts to call and reach out to. Work closely with our Interview Operations Manager to communicate the results of outreach efforts for each client. Help develop and advance our calling and texting processes. Qualifications: Undergrad College Student Can commit to stay for 6 months or longer Driven and motivated, who takes initiative. Experience with cold calling or doing sales and enjoys it. Head down mentality - Willing to hustle, work hard, and be motivated by friendly competition. Important that this person works well with the team and represents Clozd and our clients in a professional manner. Benefits: Competitive compensation (Hourly wage plus commission). Weekly catered lunches, stocked kitchens, quarterly company/department activities. Flexible schedule (While we are flexible, there are more effective times of the day for calling) Clozd is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Clozd does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
