Verifying individuals and organizations is harder — but more important — than ever, with AI enabling fraudsters to launch sophisticated accounts at scale and regulations evolving rapidly. We’ve built Persona to support practically every use case and industry — that’s why we’re able to serve a wide range of leading companies. For example, Reddit relies on Persona for age assurance and verification to comply with online safety regulations, protecting younger users while maintaining a seamless experience. Meanwhile, OpenAI relies on Persona to keep bad actors out, protecting one of the world’s most powerful AI platforms from large-scale abuse in a time when AI is reshaping the way we work and live. We’re growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join us! As a Field Product Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your technical background to address complex business and technical challenges. In this role, you’ll develop both business and customer-facing acumen while working directly with team members to deliver impactful solutions. If you’re excited about using your technical skills to drive business growth and make a direct impact, this position is perfect for you. What you’ll gain at Persona - A structured program: You'll join a dedicated Field Product Engineer cohort with hands-on onboarding to Persona's platform. You'll then be placed on live customer accounts alongside experienced Solutions, Implementations, or Sales Engineers. - Real technical ownership early: You'll take customer solutions from start to finish: scoping, design, building, testing and launch. You'll do this for customers ranging from startups to Fortune 10 companies. - Holistic support and growth: Alongside 1:1 mentorship from seasoned professionals, you’ll have access to abundant resources to help you be successful. You'll work closely with Sales, Post-Sales, Product and Engineering. You'll see how deals are won, how customers succeed and how feedback from the field shapes our roadmap and go-to-market strategy. - Leadership development: You’ll build relationships with Persona’s executives, made up of former Square, Dropbox, and Coursera alumni. Persona offers an environment heavily focused on learning and development, with opportunities for growth and career advancement.
