Enterprise Account Executive

• WHY JOIN IVO?
• Contracts are the oldest business technology in human history. They allow us to collaborate: they define what we promise each other, how we work together, and what happens when things go wrong.
• At Ivo you will work on challenging problems with colleagues who have high standards for each other, move fast, and care deeply about their craft.
• Own pipeline creation within a set of named accounts, leveraging events, marketing, SDR support, and your own pipe gen frameworks to generate qualified opportunities.
• Run the sales process end to end, including a complex proof-of-concept motion, typically over an 8-month sales cycle.
• You have consistently exceeded 6+ years of Enterprise sales targets, generally in the range of $1.6m annually.
• You have experience building and running pipeline in named or strategic accounts, not just working inbound flow.
• You are highly organized, take coaching well, and can manage complex, long-cycle deals.
• Bring a point of view to every account on where legal and compliance work is headed, and use that perspective to shape how prospects think about their own priorities and roadmap.
• IVO MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:
• Have a "do what it takes" attitude. You're willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself, you won't have anyone to delegate to.
• You have a strong internal sense of urgency, with a bias toward doing things today rather than tomorrow.
• You are excited about the adventure of building a company!
• What stage of growth is Ivo at?: We recently raised our Series B after growing 6x in 12 months.
• Is this a chill gig?: Startups are very hard, especially if they’re growing fast. You’ll have a ton of responsibility, and there’s always an enormous amount of stuff to do. It’s hard work but the payoff is uncapped.
• Ivo is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
