Venteon is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to fill an opening with a company located in Troy, Michigan. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Join a manufacturing company specializing in exterior accessories within the automotive industry. Lead a team focused on the development and integration of exterior systems and sub-systems. Opportunity for advancement and professional growth. Full-time, in-office position. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Leading the development and integration of all exterior systems and sub-systems. Developing and executing design and integration plans, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborating with internal teams such as quality, manufacturing, and design. Overseeing system-level validation and verification activities. WHAT IS REQUIRED Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a similar field. Technical expertise in exterior components and related systems. 10+ years of design and release experience. Experience with DVP&R, DFMEA, GD&T, DFM, DFA, and related engineering processes. Understanding of product and vehicle development cycles and processes.
