Partner with business analysts, engineers, system users, and implementation partners to gather requirements, translate loan servicing business needs into technical solutions, and support implementation outcomes
Improve software quality by increasing automated test coverage, resolving defects, and strengthening application reliability, maintainability, and performance
Lead technical design discussions, review solution approaches, and provide technical guidance to developers while promoting software engineering best practices for loan servicing and financial services platforms

6 years of experience working with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, for data modeling, query development, application integration, and performance tuning
6 years of experience analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into application design, development, testing, and implementation outcomes
Experience leading technical design discussions, reviewing solution approaches, and guiding other developers without direct people management responsibility
Experience using artificial intelligence (AI)-driven development practices to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, or delivery outcomes
Bachelor s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
