Required Qualifications & Skills • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking or a closely related financial services field, with direct exposure to treasury or cash management solutions. • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver best-in-class treasury proposals that are client-specific, commercially sound, and competitively positioned. • Strong analytical capability, with hands-on proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to support data-driven client engagements and executive-level presentations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and engage effectively with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders. • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives through to completion without close supervision. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Beneficial Skills & Qualifications • Familiarity with innovations and emerging technologies shaping the corporate treasury landscape, including fintech disruptors and digital payment platforms. • Experience working with early-stage or high-growth companies across disruptor verticals, with an understanding of their distinct treasury and liquidity challenges. • Ability to leverage digital channels, virtual communities, and social media to extend reach and build market presence in support of business development goals. What We Offer At Citi, you will work alongside driven professionals in a performance-focused environment that rewards initiative, client impact, and collaboration. This is a role where your contribution is visible, your growth is supported, and the scale of Citi's global platform amplifies everything you deliver. • A hybrid working model offering 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, providing structure alongside meaningful flexibility. • Access to Citi's global network and international client base, giving you exposure and reach that few financial institutions can match. • Clear pathways for career progression within one of the world's leading commercial banking platforms. • Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities to deepen your treasury expertise and sharpen your commercial skills. • A collaborative team environment where high performance is recognized and individual contributions directly influence business outcomes. • Comprehensive wellbeing and financial benefits designed to support you at every stage of your career.
