Job description

Description TripleTen is a service that empowers individuals, regardless of their prior experience, to embark on the exciting and challenging journey of mastering tech professions. Our bootcamps focus on training students in software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, and QA engineering in a feasible and accessible way, ultimately leading them to thrive in a new career. Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to successfully master a new profession, find their purpose, and become a valuable member of the tech industry. TripleTen is a remote first organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment We are looking for a high energy, consultative Technical Senior Sales Consultant to work with a more advanced audience: experienced tech professionals who already work in the industry and are looking to deepen their expertise, switch specializations, or move into senior and higher paying roles. This is a step above our core B2C sales team. You'll be selling an advanced program to experienced engineers, so you need to hold a credible, peer-level conversation and be comfortable across the full arc of modern systems engineering (system design and architecture, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems and data, security, and production AI). You won't need to write code, but you must understand these concepts well enough to answer real questions, map the curriculum to the roles and salaries candidates are targeting, and earn the trust of people who have hands-on experience. The best candidates for this position combine strong consultative sales skills with genuine comfort in technical conversations, and thrive on complex, high value deals rather than high volume transactional sales. What you will do • Operate as a full cycle sales consultant, engaging technically experienced prospects, qualifying their goals, and guiding them to a decision • Hold credible, informed conversations about technical topics relevant to our advanced courses, without needing to defer every technical question elsewhere • Present and articulate TripleTen's value proposition for career advancement and skill deepening, tailored to an audience that already has industry experience • Work closely with sales leadership to close complex, higher ticket deals and consistently meet or exceed quota • Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and positioning for this more experienced audience • Maintain accurate documentation of leads and pipeline progress using HubSpot • Bring consultative rigor and technical credibility to a team built around trust and expertise Weekly Schedule: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST) Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM (EST) - 6:00 PM (EST) rotating Friday or Saturday Requirements • 3+ years closing high-ticket deals ($5k+) yourself, full cycle — B2B SaaS, tech sales, EdTech or other complex products • Strong discovery skills - able to diagnose a prospect's goals and gaps before pitching, not lead with a script. • Fluent English (C1 or above) • Technical background or experience selling to technical buyers is a plus, not a requirement What we can offer you • Base Compensation: $5,400/month + uncapped commission based on hitting monthly cash-in quota. Total monthly earnings typically range from $6,000 to $10,000+ for consistent performers, with no cap on top results. • A comfortable digital office. We use modern digital tools — Slack, Miro, Notion, Zoom — to make working together seamless • Growth. Our product is expanding quickly, so it's a great time to get on board and challenge yourself • Internationally distributed team. Exceptional teammates, who love what they do Disclosures *This description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
