About Us At Office Ally, we’ve been revolutionizing healthcare administration since our inception. What started as a clearinghouse focused on simplifying insurance claims processing for healthcare providers has grown into a full-suite healthcare technology company. We offer a range of affordable, cloud-based revenue cycle management solutions –from eligibility verification and claims management to revenue recovery and payment processing –that help healthcare organizations of all sizes streamline operations and reduce administrative burdens so they can focus on what matters most: patient care. In April 2026, Office Ally acquired Jopari Solutions, Inc, a leader in straight-through electronic claims processing for Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial, and Government healthcare. Jopari brings deep industry expertise and innovative enterprise payment solutions that are transforming how disbursements are handled across the insurance ecosystem. Together, we are expanding our capabilities across the full healthcare transaction lifecycle, connecting claims, payments, and data exchange to deliver a more seamless and efficient experience for providers, payers, and partners. At the core of our company are four key values that guide our mission and work: Ownership : We take pride in our responsibilities, driving results and taking accountability for the success of our projects. Empowerment : We believe in giving our team the autonomy and support to make decisions that lead to innovative solutions. Innovation : We continuously seek new and better ways to improve healthcare administration, embracing creativity and forward-thinking technology. Transparent Communication : Open, honest communication is at the heart of our collaborations, internally and with our clients, ensuring alignment and trust. About the Role This is an opportunity to join a growing company transforming healthcare technology through modern electronic billing, payments, and secure data exchange solutions across the Property & Casualty and Healthcare industries. As a Senior Full Stack Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications and APIs that power mission-critical healthcare and insurance workflows. This role focuses on backend architecture, service development, data processing, and system integration, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability across platforms. You will work across multiple initiatives, partnering with product, engineering, and implementation teams to deliver robust backend capabilities that support complex transaction processing and customer integrations. You will also leverage modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to improve development speed and efficiency, and apply modern testing approaches such as automated API and workflow validation (e.g., Playwright, where applicable) to ensure system reliability. This role is central to building and maintaining the backend systems that power our core products and integrations. You will directly impact system scalability, reliability, and performance across multiple customer-facing and internal platforms. Your work will help ensure that complex healthcare and insurance transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and securely at scale. *]:pointer-events-auto R6Vx5W_threadScrollVars scroll-mb-[calc(var(--scroll-root-safe-area-inset-bottom,0px)+var(--thread-response-height))] scroll-mt-(--header-height)" data-turn-id="1a8027b3-a1f2-4fd3-bdaa-380037e9acf3" data-testid="conversation-turn-55" data-scroll-anchor="false" data-turn="user"> *]:pointer-events-auto [content-visibility:auto] supports-[content-visibility:auto]:[contain-intrinsic-size:auto_100lvh] R6Vx5W_threadScrollVars scroll-mb-[calc(var(--scroll-root-safe-area-inset-bottom,0px)+var(--thread-response-height))] scroll-mt-[calc(var(--header-height)+min(200px,max(70px,20svh)))]" data-turn-id="request-69ea31ab-c464-83ea-afe4-1cc6116b65b8-48" data-testid="conversation-turn-56" data-scroll-anchor="false" data-turn="assistant"> This is a hybrid role based in Concord, California , with an expectation of working in the office at least two days per week.
