You’ll partner with Customer Success leadership, Product, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to onboarding, adoption, and readiness efforts. From CSE training tracks and customer onboarding programs to playbooks, presentation decks, and other materials, you’ll ensure that every asset is accurate, aligned to brand standards, and built for usability and visual polish. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 4+ years of experience in customer success, program management, enablement, or learning & development, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS. • Proven track record designing and delivering programs that improve customer adoption or field performance. • Working knowledge of identity security concepts, including IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO and MFA, and Zero Trust. • Strong project and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated visual design ability and proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent communication and editing skills, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
