This individual owns the Policy-as-Code Center of Excellence and Service as a product on behalf of CTI Governance. Prioritizes the policy backlog, makes key framework decisions, accepts deliverables, and leads the CoE on an ongoing basis. Establishes standards, review/approval workflows, exception governance, and evidence practices that shift governance from manual approval gates to automated, audit-defensible enablement across private and public cloud.

• Governance & process design — building standards, review/approval workflows, exception governance, and evidence practices in a controlled environment.
• Working knowledge of Policy-as-Code — OPA/Terraform guardrail concepts sufficient to make framework trade-off decisions (need not code them).
• Cross-org stakeholder leadership — driving alignment across CTI Governance, Infra Automation, GIS, CDS, Networking, Storage, and Enterprise Architecture.
• KPI definition & executive reporting — defining CoE performance measures and reporting to leadership
• 8+ years of experience in Product Owner or similar type role
Desired Qualifications:
• Financial-services / regulated-environment experience (OCC-supervised context).
• Familiarity with One Platform as CTI's single infrastructure deployment gateway.
• Exposure to AI in PaC work streams (test-case generation, AIOps) per stakeholder feedback.
• SAFe/Agile product-owner certification.
• Experience reconciling common controls across private and public cloud.
