Someone has to believe Mail will change how their team works, make that case to their own leadership, and then get a few hundred people to actually change a habit they’ve had for a decade. That is the job. Superhuman Mail is the fastest email experience in the world, and it is loved — see what our customers say. Individuals adopt it in minutes. Organizations are harder: the buyer needs proof, the champion needs ammunition, and the team needs a switch that doesn’t cost them a week of feeling slow. We’re hiring a Product Manager, Admin & Buyer Experience to own that arc for Mail — from the moment a buyer starts evaluating us through the moment their team is fully switched over. You’ll own Mail’s admin and usage-visibility surfaces, and you’ll own the onboarding experience that determines whether a signed deal becomes a deployed one. This is a buyer-facing product role, not a compliance-queue role. You’ll spend real time with economic buyers, IT admins, and internal champions, and you’ll work closely with Sales and CS — while holding a clear point of view about which enterprise needs are patterns worth building for and which are one-offs. We want you to focus on what is stopping someone from buying the product, partnering with customers to understand what they need to buy and expand. Our broader platform teams own the cross-suite identity and Super Admin foundation; you own what makes Mail specifically worth buying and easy to roll out on top of it. In This Role, You Will: - Own the product roadmap for Mail’s admin and team-management experience, including usage visibility, activity and adoption reporting, and the audit and access visibility enterprise IT expects. - Own the enterprise onboarding and migration experience — making it effortless for a new team to bring their organization into Mail. - Give champions the tools to make the case internally: clear evidence of who is using Mail, how, and what it’s worth to their organization. - Define and improve the enterprise buyer journey end to end — evaluation, pilot, deployment, expansion, and renewal. - Build a shared, prioritized view of enterprise needs with Sales and CS, distinguishing durable patterns from individual requests, and communicate tradeoffs with clarity and conviction. - Partner with our platform, security, and compliance teams so Mail plugs cleanly into the suite’s identity, provisioning, and governance foundation — without duplicating it. - Measure what matters: activation, early-week retention, and feature adoption for enterprise teams, plus the admin surfaces that prove value to the buyer. - Shape our ICP and define the Product Market Fit journey QUALIFICATIONS - You have 4+ years in product management, including experience with admin, account management, onboarding, or usage-analytics products in a B2B SaaS environment. - You have worked directly with enterprise buyers and admins, and you can point to deals or deployments your product work unblocked. - You understand the enterprise IT landscape — SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, provisioning — well enough to design for it and to partner credibly with security and compliance teams. - You have experience with both self-serve and enterprise motions, and you understand how a product-led funnel behaves inside a large organization. - You have designed for multiple distinct user types at once: IT admins, end users, and the finance or procurement stakeholders who sign. - You have a track record of building simple experiences on top of genuinely complex systems. COMPETENCIES - Enterprise Empathy: You deeply understand IT admins and economic buyers — their workflows, their constraints, and what it takes to earn their trust. You advocate for these often-overlooked users relentlessly. - Commercial Judgment: You can tell a real pattern from a loud escalation. You partner closely with Sales and CS, set expectations honestly, and hold your roadmap without damaging the relationship. - Systems Thinking: You design for scale and consistency across products while preserving the flexibility each product needs. You anticipate edge cases and build systems that hold up under real enterprise complexity. - AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact. - Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes. - Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary. - Customer-Centered Innovator: You redesign experiences to create AI-native magic — delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes. - Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success. - Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more: - Excellent health care (including a wide range of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and fertility benefits) - Disability and life insurance options - 401(k) and RRSP matching - Paid parental leave - 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 days of paid holidays per year, two floating holidays per year, and flexible sick time - Generous stipends (including those for caregiving, pet care, wellness, your home office, and more) - Annual professional development budget and opportunities Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location.
