Job description

About the role The TikTok LIVE Automotive team partners with top global automotive brands and their dealer networks to unlock live streaming as a new customer acquisition and lead generation channel. This role owns a portfolio of headline automotive KA (Key Account) brands end-to-end: co-designing joint annual and campaign budgets, building the go-live playbook with brand HQ and local dealers, driving live streaming quality and lead conversion on the ground, and turning early KA wins into scalable case studies that lift the whole automotive vertical. The goal is not more livestreams, it is real business outcomes (leads, test drives, orders) that make TikTok LIVE a must-have channel for automotive marketing. What you'll do - KA account ownership: Own a portfolio of headline global automotive brands (OEMs and their dealer groups) as the primary TikTok LIVE point of contact, build multi-level relationships across brand marketing, digital, retail, and agency stakeholders, and land TikTok LIVE inside their annual marketing and digital plan. - Joint budget & business planning: Co-develop annual and campaign-level budgets with each brand (media spend, live streaming activation, dealer subsidies, creator collaboration), align on KPIs (leads, CPL, test drives, showroom traffic, orders), and secure written commitments and quarterly business reviews. - Live streaming guidance: Provide hands-on coaching on live streaming strategy, content structure, host / dealer sales talent selection, live room setup, product demo scripts, interaction and lead-capture mechanics, and use of live streaming and lead tools, so brand and dealer live rooms consistently hit quality and conversion benchmarks. - Campaign execution: Design and land integrated campaigns around new car launches, auto shows, seasonal moments, and always-on dealer live streaming, working with in-app product entries, ads, creators, and offline events. - Customer success & LIVE ROI: Track full-funnel performance (impressions, viewership, leads, CPL, dealer handoff, test drive, order), diagnose gaps, and iterate playbooks so each KA brand can prove positive live streaming ROI and renew / expand budget. - Dealer & creator ecosystem: Coordinate brand HQ, regional offices, country subsidiaries, dealer groups, and automotive creators into one live streaming operating model, and turn top-performing dealers and creators into references that pull in the long tail. - Playbook & case sedimentation: Turn winning campaigns into repeatable automotive live streaming playbooks (by segment: mass-market/NEV/used-car, by market, by campaign type), and lead knowledge transfer to sales, dealer, and cross-market teams. - Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, ads, creator, data, and governance teams to unblock KA needs, feed automotive-specific requirements back into product and ad solutions, and represent the automotive industry point of view internally. Minimun Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of automotive-industry experience in one of the following backgrounds: (1) automotive KA / brand partnership / sales roles at OEMs, dealer groups, automotive agencies, or automotive media / marketing platforms; (2) prior experience at a leading Chinese automotive brand's global / overseas business. - Solid understanding of the global automotive brand and dealer ecosystem: how OEMs, regional offices, dealer groups, 4S stores, and automotive agencies work together on marketing budget, leads, and sales funnel. - Hands-on live streaming operations experience: able to guide a brand or dealer live room end-to-end, from content and host to interaction mechanics, lead capture, and conversion optimization. - Strong commercial and budget sense: comfortable co-owning annual budget conversations with senior brand and agency stakeholders, and defending the plan with data and ROI. - Data-driven: able to build a full-funnel automotive metric system (impressions → viewership → leads → test drive → order), read data to find problems, and validate operations with experiments and control groups. - Strong cross-functional and project-driving skills, comfortable coordinating brand, dealer, agency, product, ads, creator, and data stakeholders in parallel. - Working proficiency in English, able to collaborate directly with overseas automotive brands, dealers, and internal teams and passionate about the automotive industry, live streaming, and creator economy, and willing to stay close to frontline brands, dealers, and live rooms. Preferred Qualification(s) - Prior experience at an OEM, dealer group, automotive agency, or automotive vertical of a major internet / e-commerce / live streaming platform. - Familiarity with automotive lead management and CRM systems, and with how leads are handed off from platform to dealer to sales. - Experience running new-car launch, auto show, or large-scale automotive marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. - Experience operating in multiple markets (US, EU, MENA, SEA, LATAM) or working with global brand HQ and local dealer networks in parallel.
