Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a React Software Engineer for their Charlotte, NC/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: • Develop new user interface components using React.js • Build modular, reusable front-end code and libraries • Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar tools • Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive applications • Integrate front-end solutions with RESTful APIs • Optimize applications for performance and scalability • Troubleshoot bugs and ensure cross-browser compatibility • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business requirements Requirements: • 8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with state management tools such as Redux • Familiarity with Git version control • Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred • React.js • JavaScript (ES6+) • Redux / State Management Why Should You Apply? • Health Benefits • Referral Program • Excellent growth and advancement opportunities
