ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED We are seeking an inventive, mission-driven Full-Stack AWS Software Developer to join our Tools Team in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) effort. In this role, you will engineer end-to-end serverless architectures and full-stack solutions within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you will develop secure back-end microservices and APIs using Java, Python, and JavaScript while leveraging AWS serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Aurora PostgreSQL. You will also integrate corporate authentication services, build caching mechanisms, and automate CI/CD delivery pipelines to ensure high-performance data processing across customer tools. The annual base salary range for this role is $216,000-$256,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. AWS Cloud & Serverless Architecture: Hands-on experience engineering serverless solutions in AWS utilizing API Gateway, Lambda, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and Aurora PostgreSQL. Full-Stack Language Versatility: Core proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python to design, develop, and maintain secure enterprise applications. Secure Enterprise Integration: Experience integrating corporate authentication services into full-stack application architectures. Multi-Source Data Integration & Caching: Demonstrated ability to fetch, package, and integrate multi-source datasets, alongside designing caching services for web applications. CI/CD & Artifact Management: Practical experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, or AWS CodePipeline) and managing artifact states. Agile Engineering Tooling: Active experience collaborating within Agile team environments utilizing Jira for workflow management and Confluence for technical documentation. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 20 + years of professional software development experience OR High School Diploma / GED , PLUS 24+ years of hands-on technical software engineering experience in lieu of a degree. Modern Front-End UI Frameworks: Hands-on experience building dynamic web front-ends using modern frameworks like Angular or Vue.js. Database Optimization: Deep experience with query design, data modeling, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB. DevOps & Infrastructure Automation: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevSecOps automated delivery practices.
