ABOUT TRADEIFY
At Tradeify, we are building a high-performance trading ecosystem that empowers traders around the world with capital, technology, education, and community. We operate across futures and crypto markets and partner with platforms like NinjaTrader and Tradovate to deliver a best-in-class trading experience.
As we continue scaling rapidly, technology sits at the center of everything we do. We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys crafting polished, high-performance interfaces that traders rely on every day.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Front-End Engineer to design, build, and scale the user-facing side of the Tradeify ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about performance, design fidelity, and developer experience — and who can translate complex trading workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver experiences that directly impact traders globally. This is a hands-on role based out of our Boca Raton, FL office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
UI ENGINEERING
- Build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks
- Translate designs into pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant UI components
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library
- Implement real-time dashboards, data visualizations, and trading-related interfaces
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals, rendering performance, and cross-browser compatibility
STATE & DATA MANAGEMENT
- Architect client-side state management for complex, data-intensive applications
- Integrate with REST APIs and WebSocket streams for real-time market data
- Build efficient data-fetching layers with caching, polling, and streaming support
- Handle high-frequency UI updates with minimal performance overhead
ENGINEERING & COLLABORATION
- Partner with Design to refine UX flows and maintain consistency across the product
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable component code
- Contribute to frontend tooling, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in code reviews and help define frontend engineering standards
- Troubleshoot performance and rendering issues in production
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience in frontend or UI engineering
- Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks
- Experience building real-time or data-dense interfaces (dashboards, charts, tables)
- Deep understanding of browser rendering, CSS architecture, and web performance optimization
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Zustand, Redux, or Jotai
- Experience integrating WebSocket or streaming APIs on the frontend
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
- Ability to work independently and move quickly in a startup environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience within fintech, trading, crypto, or financial data products
- Familiarity with charting libraries such as TradingView, D3.js, Recharts, or ECharts
- Exposure to real-time market data feeds or order book visualizations
- Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of animation and micro-interaction libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automation
WHY JOIN TRADEIFY
- Join a rapidly scaling fintech and trading platform
- Work on products used by a global community of traders
- High ownership and ability to make direct impact
- Hybrid environment in Boca Raton, FL with a fast-moving startup culture
- Opportunity to work across the full frontend stack — UI systems, data visualization, and real-time interfaces
- Collaborative, ambitious, and highly driven team environment
