Containerization & Orchestration: Deep, hands-on experience deploying, managing, and operating containerized application environments using Kubernetes. Full-Stack / Hybrid Engineering: Strong ability to span infrastructure and application code, including reading, modifying, and troubleshooting application codebases to adjust system components. Production Multi-Environment Deployment: Proven experience driving full-lifecycle deployments and standing up enterprise production systems across multiple isolated network environments. System Operations & Diagnostics: Proficiency in diagnosing infrastructure bottlenecks, configuring network-level integrations, and optimizing system reliability post-deployment. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 7 + years of professional software engineering experience OR High School Diploma / GED , PLUS 11 + years of hands-on technical software development experience in lieu of a degree. Report Authoring & Dissemination (RAD): Prior experience supporting RAD architecture or similar intelligence reporting and dissemination platforms.
