Job description
Title: Account Executive
Location: Remote (East Coast US-based preferred)
About GrowthBook:
GrowthBook is the leading open-source feature flagging and A/B testing platform, empowering companies like Dropbox, Upstart, and Discord to experiment and innovate with confidence. Our state-of-the-art experimentation platform allows teams to optimize their products through fast, reliable, and scalable testing. As a rapidly growing SaaS company, we are looking for a driven Account Executive to help close inbound leads, reach out to potential customers, and expand our customer base.
About the Role:
As an Account Executive at GrowthBook, you’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from responding to inbound customers to prospecting leads to closing deals and ensuring customer success. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring our cutting-edge experimentation platform to companies looking to scale their feature flagging and A/B testing capabilities. As GrowthBook is a highly technical product, experience with our space or other technical SaaS sales products is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise companies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value of GrowthBook’s platform to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize lead-generation efforts.
• Partner with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to GrowthBook’s overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Provide regular updates to our product and engineering teams about product feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role, preferably in developer tools, analytics, or experimentation platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, A/B testing, and feature flagging concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Tenacious, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Experience selling to product managers, engineers, and data teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Why Join GrowthBook?
• Competitive commission structure.
• Strong inbound leads.
• Fully remote work environment with flexible hours.
• Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology that’s transforming how companies experiment and release features.
• Collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Equity opportunities in a fast-growing startup.
• Great benefits and company offsites
If you’re excited about the opportunity to help companies optimize their product development through experimentation, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and let’s build the future of A/B testing together.
