Indents: PSL312069-2 / PSL312069-3 Role: ServiceNow Platform Solution Architect Location: Remote Max Rate: $ 90-$93/hr Experience Level: 12+ Yrs Exp. Job Summary: Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform solution architecture for the large-scale program with extensive knowledge in Service Catalog, ESC Portal, ITSM, SPM, Integrations, HRSD, ITAM etc. Key Responsibilities • Lead workshops and discussion on ServiceNow Platform & relevant integrations design & implementation • Design the target architecture across ESC Portal, Service Catalog, ITSM, SPM, Platform, Integrations, Reporting and CSDM/CMDB • Lead architecture and design-decision workshops with Clinical Informatics, , the Technology Business Office, Finance and governance bodies. • Build on the discovery, design workbook, field mapping and intake taxonomy already completed, and hand the platform roster to the delivery team. • Set standards for scoped applications, configuration-over-customization, access control, data privacy, performance and upgradeability across all workstreams. • Own production deployment and change-approval decisions and accept completed work against written specifications and acceptance criteria. • Provide technical direction to the Lead Developer, AI Platform Engineer, SPM Developer, Integration Developer, Reporting Developer and QA/ATF Engineer. • Maintain architecture decision records, technical design documents • Chair or contribute to the Platform security, architecture, AI and sourcing review gates that run from a single governance record • Flexible to work with customers and stakeholders under CST/EST/PST timezone especially overlapping with IST hours Required Skills and Experience • Principal-level, full life cycle ServiceNow implementation experience, including at least one large healthcare or provider organization. • Deep expertise across ITSM, SPM, Platform (Flow Designer, decision tables, Automated Test Framework), Integrations (Integration Hub) and CSDM/CMDB. • Proven ability to lead architecture governance across security, AI and sourcing review boards. • Strong stakeholder management with clinical, and Technology Business Office audiences. • Experience with Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent and AI Search architecture patterns. Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Must • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Must • CIS-ITSM and CIS-SPM - Must • Architecture Excellence or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred
