Job description

ABOUT US At Rox rox.com, we believe in empowering people to do their best work. Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x’d engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work. We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world’s first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle. Rox powers Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, while serving dominant AI winners like Ramp and Cognition. Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality. THE TEAM Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate. Members on our team have: - Founded and exited successful companies - Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic - Won IMO and IOI gold medals - Published field-defining papers We’re backed by the best, including Sequoia, General Catalyst, Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré. CORE PRINCIPLES TASTE: CRAFT BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCES. No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers. OBSESSION: COMMIT UNREASONABLY. In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers’ requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day. ACTION: GET IT DONE. Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed. YOUR ROLE ABOUT THE TEAM Talent at Rox has been a team of one. That is about to change. We are hiring another full-time member of the Talent team to lead Growth recruiting. This is not a sourcer-only role. This is a full-cycle Growth recruiter seat for someone who wants to run a desk alongside our Head of Talent (sourcing, interviewing, agencies, and candidate experience) without needing to own the function yet. Location: This role is based in our San Francisco office. You need to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. WHY THIS ROLE IS GROWTH-SPECIFIC At Rox, Growth means post-sales. The roles you will recruit for sit after the deal closes and keep customers expanding with us: Growth Strategists, Forward Deployed Engineers, Data Science, InfoSec, and Customer Support. We want someone who already speaks that language walking in the door, not someone learning it on the job. OUR STACK Ashby, Slack, Notion, and a unique set of proprietary ai-native tools. (shhh) RESPONSIBILITIES - Run full-cycle recruiting across Growth / post-sales roles: Growth Strategists, Forward Deployed Engineers, Data Science, InfoSec, and Customer Support - Build and maintain sourcing pipelines using AI-native tooling, not just job boards and cold outreach - Run structured interviews and contribute to hiring bar calibration - Manage agency and partner relationships end to end - Build and ship internal recruiting tools and automations (Claude, Ashby, Slack, Notion) - Keep reporting and pipeline visibility sharp for Growth hiring teams and leadership - Represent Rox at events, on calls, and in every candidate touchpoint as a face of the company - Get hands-on with the Rox product itself, including regular dogfooding, so you can sell the mission with real conviction QUALIFICATIONS - Required: 1+ year of professional experience, including 1+ year of recruiting for post-sales / Growth functions in an early-stage startup. You have hired Growth Strategists, FDEs, Data Science, InfoSec, Customer Support, and/or adjacent customer-facing talent, not adjacent general talent acquisition only. - Plus: Recruiting experience in an AI-native or hyperscale SaaS environment. Scale, volume, and bar management are a plus on top of the early-stage Growth requirement above. - Growth fluency, not general recruiting fluency. You know post-sales org structures, the functions above, and the brands worth pulling from. That knowledge compounds into speed here. - Operator or player first. You do not wait for a lane to be defined, you build it. You have carried a desk, a number, or a pipeline yourself, not just watched one from a distance. - High-impact outlier. You look for leverage everywhere and you are not precious about title or scope. - Amazing human above all. Rox is a small team doing a lot, and how you treat people matters as much as what you ship. - Comfort across the full stack of modern recruiting tools: Ashby, Slack, Notion, and AI-native workflows built in Claude. - A track record of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, and learning velocity, the same bar we hold every candidate to at Rox. - Real pull toward Rox specifically. Between two similarly qualified candidates, the one who wants to be here, who has done the homework on the product and the mission, wins. Passion for what we're building is a genuine tiebreaker in this process. BENEFITS COMPENSATION Base salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 USD. Total compensation includes benefits, stock options, and perks. - Medical, dental, and vision, including 100% company-paid plans for you and eligible dependents - Company-paid life & AD&D, plus short- and long-term disability - 401(k) with automatic enrollment - Unlimited PTO, plus paid sick leave, company holidays, and bereavement - Up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave at 100% pay (birth, adoption, or foster) - Wellness stipend: $375/quarter - Learning stipend: up to $2,000/year - Internet & cell phone stipend: $25/month - Mental health support, virtual care, and care navigation - Fertility & family-building support, plus backup care membership - Pre-tax commuter benefits (transit & parking) - SF HQ: daily catered breakfast & lunch, meal allowances, and rideshare support when commuting to the office APPLY A NOTE ON HOW WE HIRE At Rox, we evaluate for ownership, client obsession, craftsmanship, speed, pivot ability, collaboration, cross-functional impact, systems thinking, and learning velocity. We expect this role, more than any other, to embody that bar. To apply, please fill out the application form. We're looking forward to connecting with you!
