Pigment is the AI-powered business planning and performance management platform built for agility and scale. We connect people, data, and processes in one intuitive, feature-rich solution, empowering every team - from Finance to HR - to build, adapt, and align strategic plans in real time.
Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally. Industry leaders like Unilever, Uber, Anthropic, Snowflake or Siemens, use Pigment daily to make more informed decisions and confidently navigate any scenario.
With a team of 700+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco and Austin, we've raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and were named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software.
At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo - all while working as one team. If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
Pigment is scaling rapidly, and we are looking for a high-impact Marketing Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale our global revenue generation machine. You won't just keep the lights on, you will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to build the infrastructure that accelerates top of the funnel velocity and powers our growth engine.
If you thrive on turning complex marketing journeys into clear revenue paths, automating away friction, and building with a world-class tech stack, this is your canvas.
This is a hybrid role based in either our New York City office or Paris office.
What You'll Do
Architect the Demand Engine: Own the end-to-end systems to support our demand generation efforts with a full stack of enterprise tools at your disposal.
Supercharge Top of the Funnel Velocity: Partner directly with Marketing and Sales leadership to eliminate pipeline bottlenecks, elevate conversion rates, and accelerate pipeline progression at every stage of the funnel.
Build Best-in-Class Marketing Infrastructure: Design scalable data architectures that translate platform-specific data (paid advertising, website, lead generation, and opportunity reporting) into actionable strategic insights.
Master & Modernize the Marketing Stack: Architect Pigment’s marketing systems, continuously optimizing systems integrations and AI implementations to maximize performance and automate away friction.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Connect the dots between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and organizational visibility into business drivers.
Who You Are
An Innovative Systems Thinker: Skilled in converting ambiguous, legacy workflows into scalable operations by integrating AI and leveraging low-code automation, reducing operational drag across systems.
Data-Obsessed & Outcome-Driven: You don't just report on metrics; you craft cohesive narratives bringing context from the field to the numbers in order to influence strategic decision-making.
Thrives in Dynamic Environments: You excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments where speed, initiative, and adaptability are rewarded.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar, ideally within high-growth SaaS or Tech ecosystems.
Expert on standard B2B tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Qualified, n8n).
Proven capability in campaign operations and marketing automation design.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation package (Highly competitive base salary, equity package, and comprehensive benefits).
We encourage you to take the time you need. When you work hard, we know you also need to rest, which is why we offer generous time off and parental leave policies.
High-end equipment to do your work in the best conditions.
