Job description

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Enterprises and sovereign governments worldwide face increasing regulatory pressure to protect their data, demanding stringent visibility and proof that cloud providers comply with local legal and security frameworks. The Regulated Cloud (RC) team addresses this critical need by building foundational platforms that empower customers with highly regulated workloads to leverage the full scale and innovation of Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Central to this mission is the Data Boundary initiative. The Data Boundary team designs, builds, and enforces the logical and physical perimeters that control how data is stored, processed, and accessed within specific geographical and regulatory jurisdictions. We integrate disparate corporate, infrastructure, and monitoring systems into a unified platform to provide a cohesive compliance posture, including configuration enforcement, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive audit capabilities. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to solve unprecedented engineering and regulatory challenges at Google scale. You will be at the forefront of establishing the foundational trust that enables the world's most critical institutions to innovate with confidence in the cloud. Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably.
