Set milestones, share work in progress early, and iterate with product and business leaders. - Partner with product and business teams to turn ambiguous questions into decision-ready proposals: defining scenarios and workflows for AI products in the sales motion, evaluation frameworks (evals), and iteration methodologies. - Drive priority initiatives for business leaders through product insight, data analysis and customer research — from strategic recommendation to execution. - Build forward-looking understanding of the AI SaaS landscape (new categories, companies and business models) to inform the platform's medium- and long-term choices. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, and 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate or product strategy, business analytics, or a related field. - Strong structured problem-solving: you can take an ambiguous question, define it, break it down and drive it to a decision-ready answer. - Quantitative rigor, including market sizing, data analysis and precise metric definitions. - Clear, conclusion-first communication with leaders, in writing and in person. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B / SaaS; sales or CRM SaaS experience is strongly preferred. - A mix of consulting and in-house strategy experience. - Hands-on familiarity with generative AI (e.g., AI agents, evaluation and iteration methodologies). You try new tools yourself and form your own view. - Experience working with or alongside large sales organizations, GTM or revenue operations. - A track record of owning an open-ended, long-horizon topic and building a point of view that influenced real decisions.
