On any given day, you might: Define strategic opportunities tied to large-scale migrations, AI/GenAI, data & analytics, digital innovation, or product modernization Drive detailed business and technical discussions with stakeholders at every level Navigate risks and roadblocks using acceleration frameworks to keep programs on track Coach customers through their cloud journey and advocate for their needs with AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams Package your best practices into reusable assets that elevate the entire CSM community This is an individual contributor (IC) role — your impact comes from influence, expertise, and relationships About the team Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences.
