• Support reliability initiatives such as precision maintenance, lubrication standards, mechanical alignment, and error-proofing
• Participate in reliability, safety, and improvement projects as assigned
Fabrication & Mechanical Work
• Fabricate, modify, and repair mechanical components and tooling as required
• Perform basic welding, cutting, and fitting using approved procedures
• Support installation, relocation, and upgrade of equipment and facility assets
Safety & Standards
• Follow all safety policies, LOTO procedures, and equipment standards
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, equipment risks, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain high workmanship standards and leave equipment cleaner and safer than found

o Reliability or continuous improvement programs
o CNC machine maintenance
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting work
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or certification strongly preferred
