As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We re proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We re seeking an experienced, technical Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for the internal platforms that power Falcon Complete s operations — including our AI-native investigation and triage tooling, customer ticketing and case management systems, and the analyst workbench used to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at scale. You will work closely with engineering, data science, Falcon Complete operations leadership, analysts, security advisors, and other product managers across the platform to define and deliver tooling that scales MDR operations without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing the urgency of a 24/7 security operations environment with the discipline of a durable product roadmap, and will know when to drive decisions independently versus when to loop in senior stakeholders for alignment. What You ll Do: Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for Falcon Complete s internal tooling, including AI-native investigation and triage, ticketing/case management, and the analyst workbench, in coordination with the Global Senior Manager, Product Management for Falcon Complete and senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall Falcon Complete product strategy Partner closely with Falcon Complete operations leaders and analysts to deeply understand their day-to-day workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, and translate them into clear product requirements Act as the product leader for initiatives that apply AI and automation to reduce analyst cycles, accelerate investigation and response times, and improve consistency of service delivery Partner with engineering to prioritize, build, and ship features that improve detection triage, case workflows, operational reporting, and customer experiences Define and track metrics that demonstrate the impact of tooling improvements on analyst productivity, response time, and customer outcomes Engage with Falcon Complete operations, support, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback on recent releases and shape future direction Work on a team of high-performing professionals in a highly collaborative environment What You ll Need: 5 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to security operations, MDR/SOC tooling, case management systems, or other internal/operational platforms Strong understanding of security operations workflows, detection triage, investigation, and incident response, and what makes tooling effective for analysts working at scale Experience partnering with internal, operationally-focused stakeholders (as opposed to purely external customers) to define and prioritize a roadmap Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements for engineering and leadership Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes Track record of planning short- and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
