MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of hands-on operational experience with SAP BTP across multiple service categories and environments or similar large scale enterprise platform experience. • Emonstrated experience operating within a FedRAMP-authorized or equivalent federally secured cloud environment. • Experience managing platform security posture including identity management, access controls, and compliance documentation. • Experience with ITSM and change management processes in an enterprise environment. • Proven track record of service ownership with documented SLA accountability and incident management responsibilities. • Basic understanding of cloud networking: API routing, service endpoints, encryption-in-transit, and cloud connectivity.
