Job description

At Lilly, the work is demanding because patients are waiting. We unite caring with discovery to help make life better for people around the world, knowing that every decision, every detail, and every day matters. Collaborate closely with Design and UXR, to ensure our UX is intuitive and designed as frictionless, anticipating needs before our customers do. Technical Collaboration and Standards Partner with engineering leadership to assess architectural trade-offs. Establish technical standards and ensure scalable, modular solutions that can flex with product expansion.
