Proven experience developing brand guidelines, campaign toolkits, and scalable design systems. Strong understanding of retail environments and how consumers interact with brands at the point of purchase. Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling. The ability to think conceptually while executing with precision and an exceptional level of craft. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with Figma is an asset. Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary creative teams. A passion for mentoring others and elevating the creative standard through thoughtful feedback and collaboration. What Success Looks Like Seasonal campaigns that deliver a distinctive and memorable retail presence. Design systems and brand guidelines that enable creative ideas to scale consistently across brands, retailers, and consumer touchpoints. Beautifully crafted retail experiences that strengthen brand identity and drive shopper engagement. Creative work that raises the design standard across the Portfolio Team. Trusted partnerships with creative, strategy, and brand stakeholders built on collaboration, curiosity, and design excellence. Ability to bring concepts that pull media to shelf and extend into culture. A penchant for delivering creative ideas and concepts surpassing the brief/ask. At Kraft Heinz Design and in The Kitchen, we believe the best ideas don't end with the campaign—they continue wherever consumers experience our brands. As a Senior Designer, you'll help define how those ideas come to life in-store, creating visual experiences that connect creativity with commerce and turn everyday shopping moments into unforgettable brand experiences.
