Job description

Are you an engineer who enjoys owning the complete solution, from architecture and software design to deployment, observability, and operational excellence? At Expedition Technology (EXP), we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead to help design, build, and deliver mission-critical systems supporting the United States Government. This role is for engineers who think beyond writing code. Successful candidates understand that great systems require thoughtful architecture, maintainable software, reliable deployment pipelines, strong observability, and operational resilience. You are comfortable moving between application development, cloud-native platforms, deployment automation, and technical leadership as mission needs evolve. EXP is an AI-enabled engineering organization.
