Mid-Atlantic Truck & Equipment (MATE)
Talent Acquisition Specialist — Full-Cycle Recruiting
Do you enjoy connecting with people, figuring things out, and finding the right person for the job?
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings a sales-minded approach to recruiting —someone who enjoys building relationships, asking good questions, thinking creatively, and finding solutions when the obvious answer isn’t always the right one.
This is a fast-paced role with a lot of variety. You’ll work with hiring managers across the business, recruit for a wide range of positions, and manage the process from the first candidate conversation through the first day. Priorities can change, searches can take unexpected turns, and some roles will be harder to fill than others. We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, adapting to changing priorities, and finding creative ways to keep things moving forward.
You don’t need a traditional recruiting background to succeed here. We’re interested in people who have experience in sales, hospitality, retail management, customer service, recruiting, or other people-focused environments where building relationships, communicating well, solving problems, and staying adaptable were important to success.
If you like having ownership of your work, enjoy a good challenge, and get satisfaction from connecting the right people with the right opportunities, we’d love to talk with you.
