Job description

What do the Energizer Bunny, Hermione Granger, and Thomas the Tank Engine have in common? They’re reliable, resourceful, and always show up ready to solve problems. If that sounds like you, keep reading. Our familia is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who brings energy, precision, and a passion for serving others. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive the right product, at the right time, with the right experience. If you feel you fit the bill, we’d love to hear from you! About You You’re the kind of person who finishes what they start (and probably double-checks it for good measure). Organized is your middle name—or at least it would be if that were socially acceptable You communicate clearly, kindly, and often—no one is left guessing when you’re on the case. When something goes sideways, you don’t panic—you get curious and start solving You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball (and maybe even make it look easy) You bring positive energy to your work and genuinely enjoy being part of a team. If you were a luxury car utility, you might say you’re like a seat warmer: comforting and warm to be around, but also know how to light a fire under someone. What You Will Do Own end-to-end order execution for assigned customers, from order receipt through delivery Review and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy across pricing, quantities, lead times, and routing Build strong relationships with and maintain good communication with buyers and 3PL partners.
