Job description

Anrok is the leading tax automation platform enabling businesses to expand globally without compliance complexity. As the digital economy has grown 6x over the last decade, software businesses have gone from not worrying about sales tax to needing to monitor exposure, calculate rates, and file returns across 20+ US states and many countries worldwide. This creates a critical bottleneck for companies that should be able to transact with customers everywhere. Anrok eliminates this complexity by connecting with billing and payment systems to automate tax monitoring, calculations, and filing end-to-end. Our unified platform handles the ever-changing maze of tax laws at municipal, state, and federal levels—so companies can focus on growth, not compliance. Our customers include: - 40% of Forbes Top 50 AI companies - 20% of Forbes Top 100 Cloud companies - Top companies like Notion, Anthropic, and Cursor We're making compliant digital commerce a reality for companies big and small, backed by over $100M from leading investors including Spark Capital, Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures. Anrok is hiring a Product Marketing Lead to bring our products to market and arm our sales team to win. You will own a set of features and product areas end to end, from positioning and launch to the enablement that helps sellers tell the story. This role sits at the center of product and sales. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL - Own end-to-end go-to-market for a set of Anrok products and features, from positioning and launch through adoption and revenue impact, working across product, sales, and marketing. - Develop and evolve the positioning, messaging, and value propositions that set Anrok apart, making complex tax infrastructure clear, credible, and hard to ignore for buyer personas across the commercial, mid-market, and enterprise segments. - Maintain the messaging frameworks and positioning documents that serve as the single source of truth, so the whole organization stays consistent across every channel, campaign, and customer touchpoint. - Own a segment of sales enablement: build the assets sellers actually use (decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, objection-handling guides) and the training that makes them stick, all grounded in how buyers really evaluate, so sellers handle objections, beat competitors, and move deals. - Turn customer proof, wins, and references into evidence that sharpens messaging and fuels the funnel. - Serve as the internal voice of the market, translating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends into clear recommendations, and partnering with product managers to shape roadmap priorities. - Define and track the metrics that prove product marketing's impact, including pipeline influenced, win rates, sales asset utilization, feature adoption, and time-to-first-value, and use them to guide strategy. WHAT EXCITES US - 6-10 years of product marketing experience ideally in SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure with proven track record of driving measurable GTM success and revenue impact in fast-paced, high-growth environments - Expertise in product positioning and messaging frameworks, with demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value for B2B audiences, particularly in complex or technical product categories - Strong sales enablement experience with concrete examples of creating assets that sales teams actively use and that demonstrably improve win rates, deal velocity, or average deal size - Project management and cross-functional leadership skills, with ability to drive initiatives from strategy through execution without extensive direction or hand-holding - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with portfolio of messaging frameworks, positioning documents, or customer-facing content that showcase your craft - Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, tracking performance data, and using insights to iterate on strategy and improve outcomes - Self-starter mentality who thrives in ambiguity, proactively identifies problems before being asked, and can independently prioritize competing demands based on business impact - Experience in fintech, compliance, or other technical B2B SaaS categories where buyer education and trust-building are critical to the sales process WHAT WE OFFER - The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company. - Daily lunch and snacks for those working out of our office hubs. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100%. - One Medical membership covered, flexible sick benefits, and more. - Annual learning and development stipend for books, online courses, and conferences, as well as a curious team to share your learnings with. - Home internet reimbursement stipend. - Wellness reimbursement program. - Annual team off-sites and in-person opportunities around our growing Anrok hubs. - Home office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at work.
