Nice to haves: - Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations. - Direct involvement in scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures. - Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and large datasets. You might be a great fit if: You care about both sides of People Operations: operational rigor and employee experience. You want the data to be right, the process to be scalable, and the employee on the other end to feel supported. You’re excited to join a small People team where you’ll have real ownership, broad exposure, and the opportunity to build systems that will support the next stage of Nooks’ growth!
