The BSC Estimating & Preconstruction Department function is to provide accurate, market competitive project estimates for turnkey & material-erect construction projects as well as estimating and pricing support for other functional departments. This would include Government Services projects as well as program accounts. These estimates are to be created using in-house estimating software products and are to facilitate the transfer of project information for the execution of the project.
