Maintain consistent tagging, taxonomy, file naming, version control, link management, and asset management practices.
Partner with content strategists and reviewers to resolve executional issues before launch.
Asset, Knowledge & Documentation Management
Maintain social asset repositories, content archives, publishing records, operational documentation and internal “Social Media Hub” page.
Document repeatable processes, checklists, templates, and ways of working that improve consistency and reduce friction.
Support records management and content retention practices with appropriate internal teams.
Capture learnings, recurring issues, platform updates, and operational best practices.
Measurement Readiness & Data Stewardship
