Job description

ABOUT DUALENTRY DualEntry is building the OS for finance. Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk. In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies. We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS NOW WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT - Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area and create the clarity that other PMs and teams execute against - Own complex technical areas end to end: agents, ML, and the LLM-vs-deterministic trade-off - Work out how we ingest data from dozens of systems, keep it synchronized, and create bi-directional workflows - Build the evals system that makes reliability and accuracy first-class outcomes - your agents post to a real ledger - Drive ambiguous, high-impact bets from first principles, from problem framing through launch and iteration - Hold the area accountable to measurable business results (retention, activation, expansion), not just shipped features - Partner closely with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs that span multiple teams - Improve the internal processes, tooling, and operating model that help the whole team ship fast WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS - Hardcore work ethic and high agency - 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS - A track record of owning a product area or line and driving measurable business outcomes, not just shipping features - High agency and strong ownership: you set direction in ambiguity and drive it without waiting to be told - Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered or agentic features to production and reasoning about evals, failure modes, and trade-offs - A clear, direct communicator who creates alignment across multiple teams and senior stakeholders - Excited to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team NICE TO HAVE - CPA, ACA, or equivalent accounting qualification, or hands-on experience in audit or a controllership function - Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience - Hands-on building with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) and daily use of AI coding/assistant tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) - An MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Revenue) WHY YOU’LL THRIVE HERE - Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world - You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry - Your feedback shapes the product directly - High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations MEET THE TEAM - Andy linkedin.com, Head of Product - under his leadership the team increased the customer win rate by focusing on the SaaS vertical, shipped the first comprehensive ERP documentation website, focused in on quality as our number one feature, and much more. Andy kicked off DualEntry's Ctrl+AI series, helping accounting professionals learn about in-production AI-native workflows. - Cheryl, CPA linkedin.com demoed the product to a skeptical prospect who said our RevRec beat several standalone tools, and built the AI process now used as our "Deal Bot." - Charlotte linkedin.com, founding PM and ACA-qualified accountant the go-to on integrations, from CRM syncs to global bank connections. - Justin linkedin.com, former Consulting CFO - helped build our accounting engine from scratch and just shipped AI Flux Analysis! COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Equity: $70,000 - $80,000 - Base salary: $220,000 - $280,000 - Medical, dental & vision insurance - One Medical membership - Mental health support (Talkspace) - Fertility & family-building support (Kindbody) - Virtual healthcare (Teladoc Health) - 401(k) benefits - Commuter benefits - Learning & development budget for courses, certifications & language learning - Unlimited AI tokens - AI skills development & enablement - Flexible PTO (27 days, including public holidays) - Collaborative, in-office culture with no bureaucracy - Snacks, drinks, team events & more “Every Product Manager here owns a real customer journey end to end, not a backlog someone handed them, that's rare, and it's why we ship faster than anywhere I've worked before!” Andy Woods, linkedin.com Head of Product at DualEntry
