Indents: PSL312069-18 Role: ServiceNow Lead Developer - Intake, Catalog, Portal & Flows Location: Remote Max Rate: $ 75-78/hr Experience: 7-12 Years Role Summary: Lead the design and development of ServiceNow Intake, Demand-to-Delivery workflows, Service Catalog, Employee Center/Portal, and Flow Designer solutions. Responsible for technical leadership, solution delivery, coding standards, and mentoring developers. The focus aligns with catalog, workflow, portal, and automation responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Design and develop intake forms and request management solutions. • Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Request Fulfillment workflows. • Develop Employee Center, Service Portal, and custom user experiences. • Design and implement Flow Designer automations and integrations. • Configure approvals, notifications, SLAs, and orchestration activities. • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and performance bottlenecks. • Mentor developers and support agile delivery teams. Required Skills • Strong ServiceNow development experience. • Expertise in Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Request Management. • Expertise in Employee Center and Service Portal. • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub. • Strong scripting skills (Server-side, Client-side, Script Includes, Business Rules). • Working knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and platform best practices. Preferred Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, SPM. Nice to Have • Experience with Scoped Applications. • Knowledge of AI-powered workflows and Now Assist. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
