ABOUT BRINC:
At BRINC, we are building the technology that will define the future of emergency response. As a vertically integrated U.S. drone technology company, BRINC designs and manufactures unmanned aircraft systems, autonomous drone stations, command-and-control software, and advanced autonomy for public safety. Today, BRINC deploys Drone as First Responder (DFR) networks that dispatch drones directly to 911 calls, providing real-time aerial intelligence before ground units arrive and helping first responders make faster, safer decisions. BRINC serves more than 1,000 public safety customers across all 50 states, is the sole drone supplier to Motorola Solutions, and has raised more than $280 million from leading strategic and technology investors, including Motorola Solutions, Index Ventures, Sam Altman, Dylan Field, and others. BRINC is recruiting exceptional engineers to build the next generation of autonomous emergency-response technology, including flight-critical firmware and advanced pilot-assistance capabilities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help BRINC accelerate growth at a pivotal moment for the company and the DFR industry. Reporting to the VP of Strategy and MarComms, you'll drive campaigns and marketing projects that build awareness and demand for BRINC products - from customer-win stories to product launches and more.
The right person for this role is a flexible, campaign-minded marketer who knows how to pull the right levers at the right time. You're comfortable working across creative, events, and channel resources to bring projects to life, and you're energized by fast-moving priorities rather than slowed down by them. You don't need to build everything from scratch — you need to know how to orchestrate what's available and make it count
If you thrive in fast-moving environments where your work directly shapes how a category-defining product lands in the market, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the VP of Strategy and MarComms to plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for BRINC products
- Own campaign execution end-to-end — from creative briefs and asset development to deployment, tracking, and optimization
- Develop customer-win materials: case studies, win announcements, testimonials, and proof-point content that showcase BRINC's impact in the field
- Support product launches with go-to-market coordination, messaging development, and marketing collateral
- Create and manage marketing assets across channels including web, email, events, paid, and social
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with pipeline priorities and product direction
- Track and report on campaign performance; use data to identify what's working and iterate accordingly
- Manage external agency and vendor relationships as needed
- Help build out BRINC's marketing function over time — including processes, tooling, and playbooks
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of running campaigns that produce measurable results
- Versatile skill set spanning content, digital, demand generation, and product marketing — you don't pigeonhole yourself
- Strong project management skills: you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously and keep things moving without close oversight
- Excellent written communication skills; you can translate complex or technical topics into clear, compelling stories for a variety of audiences
- Data-driven approach to marketing — you track performance, draw conclusions, and adjust
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment; you figure things out
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience marketing hardware, enterprise software, or defense/public safety technology
- Familiarity with the public safety or law enforcement landscape
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
- Background spanning both B2B demand generation and brand/content marketing
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup
BRINC CULTURE VALUES:
- Try the hard stuff
- Be innovative - Invent the future
- Move fast
- Listen to end-users
- Strive for excellence
- Don’t build a dystopia
- Be frugal
- Save lives through technology
