Draft and deliver minutes for critical or decisional meetings, and prepare the Weekly Schedule Input to the Portfolio. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements): Demonstrated history of delivering operations or executive support to a program office — 8 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix. Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility. Able to work on-site at Marine Corps Base Quantico during core hours 0900–1500 ET.
