Senior Product Manager - QuickBooks Capital Marketplace at Intuit

Job description

Join our mission Intuit is a global technology platform company that helps our customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. We help give over 50 million consumers, small business, and self-employed customers around the world the opportunity to prosper. The Mission Small businesses fuel the global economy. In the US alone, they employ 60% of the workforce and create 80% of new jobs. Yet, the odds are stacked against them: one in two fails within five years. One of the most severe challenges a small business faces is managing their cash flow: balancing inflows and outflows, late customer payments, funding growth, and making payroll, all while hoping there is enough left over for profit or a rainy day. At QuickBooks, we aren’t just building software; we are increasing the survival rate of entrepreneurship globally. QuickBooks Capital provides small businesses with access to credit products that improve their prospects and help them thrive. The Opportunity This role is responsible for the growth and evolution of Quickbooks’ Term Loan and Line of Credit products, including in-product discovery, personalization, funnel optimizations, and channel expansion. We're at an inflection point where AI is reshaping how financial products are built and experienced, and this role sits at the center of that transformation. We need a driven PM who is deeply curious, moves with urgency, thrives in ambiguity, and commands mastery of the latest AI tools for product development. At Intuit, we're intentionally building AI into how we define, build, and ship products — and we're committed to equipping our teams to work at the forefront of it. We look for product managers who are excited to bring AI into their workflow — using it to move faster, go deeper on customer insights, and focus their energy on the decisions that only human judgment can make. We're looking for PMs who are curious, eager to experiment, and excited to continually evolve how they work. Responsibilities • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for product discovery and top of funnel conversion for our Direct Lending business • Identify growth opportunities and innovate on the customer experience across the full funnel — using AI to move faster, personalize at scale, and uncover insights that traditional analysis would miss • Champion the customer experience through deep empathy, research, and data — and increasingly through AI-assisted discovery and rapid prototyping • Lead cross-functional partners from engineering to compliance to ship delightful, intelligent experiences for customers • Stay current with the AI landscape — new model capabilities, emerging tools, and research — and bring a point of view on how they apply to financial products • Build product experiences that make AI-powered features intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy for a diverse range of customers — and bring a clear point of view on where AI genuinely helps vs. where it creates risk Qualifications Qualifications • 3+ years designing and delivering products in a Product Management role, with a track record of results. Experience with growth and funnel-optimization product management, and Fintech experience, preferred. • Hands-on fluency with AI tools — you use them daily to research, analyze, prototype, and accelerate your work. Experience shipping AI-powered product features is a plus. • Comfortable working through ambiguity — you break down complex problems with structured analysis and refine your approach as you learn. • Curiosity for the AI landscape — you follow new tools and models as they emerge and have a tinkerer’s instinct for what’s possible. • Strong ownership mentality — you take initiative, hold a high quality bar, and follow through without waiting to be told what to do next. • Technically conversant — you can partner with engineers to understand technical and AI/LLM trade-offs and write requirements that account for them, without needing to write the code yourself. • Passionate about solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones). • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into your product management workflow to improve quality, speed, or depth. • Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus. Equivalent experience will be considered. Why Join Us? • Impact at Scale: QuickBooks Capital is one of Intuit’s fastest growing businesses, and one of the largest providers of financing for small businesses. Your work will shape how millions of small businesses access working capital to survive and thrive. • Autonomy: You will own the line of credit product end-to-end with the freedom to drive bold bets, run experiments, and define the strategy. • Culture: You’ll join a team where the bar is high, the customer impact is real, and the opportunity to innovate is at a massive scale.
