Job description

Healthcare organizations are under more compliance pressure than ever, and most are managing it the wrong way: scattered tools, manual tracking, and fragmented records that leave teams exposed and exhausted. Compliance has become someone's second job, not a program anyone is proud to stand behind. Compliancy Group exists to change that. We are the platform for healthcare compliance programs, consolidating every element of a complete program into one connected system, so organizations can simplify requirements, gain real visibility into where risk lives, operate with confidence, and be genuinely defensible when it matters most. We do not sell a tool and walk away. We build the program with you, combining purpose-built software, proprietary conformance scoring, and ongoing access to compliance advisors, until your organization has the structure, the evidence, and the expertise to lead compliance instead of just survive it. If you are the kind of person who wants to work on something that actually protects patients and providers, you are in the right place. Our Account Executives are the people who take that message to market. This is a consultative, insight-led sales role focused on helping healthcare organizations recognize the gap between the point tools they have and the complete compliance program they actually need. If you are energized by complex sales conversations, motivated by closing meaningful deals, and want to sell something that makes a real difference for patients and providers, this role is for you. What you will do You’ll own our mid-market provider segment: multi-location healthcare organizations, 100+ employees, multi-stakeholder deals. Generate and own your pipeline. You’ll be expected to self-source a meaningful share of it through strategic outbound. Lead discovery conversations that uncover the real compliance risk behind the immediate need, and reframe the conversation from point tool to complete program. Partner with Customer Success at handoff to ensure every new client starts strong. Keep your HubSpot activity current and accurate so pipeline and forecast data reflect reality. Track and report on your territory performance with a data-informed view of what is working and what is not. Stay current on our platform, our competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment so you can speak with authority in every conversation. What we are looking for 3 or more years managing a full sales cycle, with a track record of hitting quota as a consistent top performer. Background in healthcare, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus Experience with deal sizes in the $5K to $75K range. Comfort with sales automation tools including HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach. Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (we used SPICED). Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; you ask before you pitch. A collaborative mentality: you care as much about your teammates' success as your own. What Compliancy Group offers Extensive onboarding and ongoing development on both the platform and the sales motion. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and an unlimited PTO policy. A remote-first role with the option to come together in person at key moments. A transparent, collaborative culture that invests in people and takes the work seriously. Base Salary $85,000/year + uncapped commission, OTE $130-$150K Location: Remote, USA PLEASE READ: Our team has recently been notified of a phishing scam targeting candidates applying for Compliancy Group's open roles, where scammers have been posing as recruiters in an effort to access candidates' personal information.
