In this role, you will: - Own execution and performance of B2B paid acquisition campaigns, from full-funnel strategy and audience-to-plan translation through hands-on, in-platform optimization. - Translate multiple target audiences into comprehensive media plans, defining channel mix, budget allocation by funnel stage, flighting/pacing, and KPI frameworks grounded in audience research, competitive insights, historical performance, and SaaS benchmarks. - Build and maintain growth forecasts tied to Superhuman revenue targets, CAC, and efficiency goals, projecting reach, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI. - Lead performance strategy and execution across Paid Social, Display, Video, Paid Search, 6sense, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive B2B growth across desktop and mobile. - Develop and own a unified, cross-channel roadmap that aligns incrementality-based testing, budgeting, attribution, and insights across channels. - Design and evolve a robust measurement and attribution framework that connects channel performance to Commercial, EDU, and Enterprise revenue, pipeline, CAC, and LTV. - Establish a structured pipeline for experimentation and innovation across B2B marketing channels, leading the testing roadmap end to end—hypothesis development, experiment design, analysis, and scaling of learnings. - Actively manage performance against targets, identifying efficiency and scale opportunities through structured reporting, attribution analysis, and continuous experimentation. - Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Sales, Product Marketing, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Creative to align targeting, placements, messaging, and creative sequencing across the buyer journey. - Monitor and clearly communicate performance, surfacing opportunities, risks, and insights to leadership while driving toward LTV/CAC, CPA, incrementality, and revenue goals. - Manage and mentor 1–2 channel specialists and contractors, providing coaching on channel strategy and career development while remaining deeply engaged in execution. QUALIFICATIONS - 8-10+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with deep expertise in B2B paid acquisition and full-funnel media strategy. - Proven ability to translate multiple target audiences into comprehensive media plans, defining channel mix, budget allocation by funnel stage, pacing, and KPI frameworks aligned to revenue goals. - Strong track record of connecting creative, targeting, and channel strategy to measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue, LTV/CAC, CPA, incrementality), using audience research, competitive insights, historical performance, and SaaS benchmarks to inform investment decisions. - Deep hands-on experience in media buying and in-platform optimization, including structured testing frameworks, experimentation, and attribution analysis. - Demonstrated ability to forecast performance and model expected reach, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI. - Comfortable as a working manager—able to dive into platforms, diagnostics, and experiment design while owning long-term strategy and performance reporting. - Experience managing and developing a small team, including coaching, feedback, and performance management. - Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making; experience with SQL, incrementality testing, and advanced attribution approaches is a plus. - Highly collaborative, with experience partnering across Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and external partners. - Alignment with Superhuman’s values and culture.
