Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer III to join our growing team! We are seeking a senior backend software engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions, translating user requirements into software design and performance requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university • Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity • Twenty-four (24) years of development experience may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor’s degree Required: • Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions • Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements • Experience conducting design and code reviews • Experience working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors • Experience using Jira and Confluence • Experience with the following software development skills: • Git • Java, C++, and/or Python • Relational databases, such as PostgreSQL
