Job description

ABOUT CLAY AI is unleashing the biggest wave of company creation in history. Clay's mission is to be the engine those companies use to grow to their full potential. Clay predicts the next best action for your business and then helps you take it. We started by aggregating the best data for B2B companies. Then, we built the infrastructure to run any personalized campaign on top of it, including emails, ads, landing pages, and workflows that make reps more productive. Now, we're building agents that can help grow your company for you. We're already helping thousands of customers — including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Visa — go to market with unique data, signals, and AI research. In 2026, we raised a $115M Series D linkedin.com at $7.1B Valuation led by Wellington — and are on track to cross $200M in revenue this quarter. We also launched a $1M Scholarship fund for GTME Education. Some things to know about us: - Our community community.clay.com includes 17,000+ customers, 200+ integration partners, 125+ agencies, 50+ Clay clubs luma.com, and 30k members on Slack. - Our culture nextplayso.substack.com is unique inside and outside of work. Our team members are also DJs, activists, writers, clowns, marathoners, skydivers, psychedelic therapists, social workers, and more. - All employees can work with world-class coaches who specialize in creativity, management, and more. - Our operating principles — including negative maintenance and non-attached action — guide our work. Hear from our employees directly on our Glassdoor glassdoor.com page! CLAY-DR @ CLAY We're hiring Clay-DRs! A team of early-career sales professionals who convert high-volume demand into qualified opportunities and exceptional lead experiences. You'll partner with our Growth team, which sources leads and handles the manual work (using Clay!) so you can focus entirely on high-impact prospecting activities and conversations. What makes this different: You'll book meetings and directly influence our product roadmap, all while learning to leverage AI and automation to become a top-performing GTME. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Promptly follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to ensure no lead is left behind. - Gain a deep understanding of the GTM industry and key personas (RevOps, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to identify problems and use cases that Clay can solve. - Qualify leads and book meetings for GTM Engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the correct information to win the deal. - Provide structured feedback on signals, workflows, and plays to help us improve Clay based on real-life testing. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 1–2 years of Sales, SDR, or BDR experience in a SaaS or tech environment preferred (open to exceptional entry-level candidates as well). - You are in SF and excited about an in-person office environment (think 4-5 days per week). - You're resilient, energized by building relationships, and genuinely excited to learn. - Interest in modern sales tools and contributing to GTM strategy and product roadmap. - Ability to balance high-volume outreach with thoughtful experimentation and feedback.
