Experience working with large-scale, complex consumer data sets and translating analysis into meaningful business recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions. Experience communicating analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in consumer financial services analytics, such as credit cards, personal loans, or small business loans, or a strong understanding of financial consumer products and market trends, is highly desirable. Ownership: You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, diving into the details, and taking a project from idea to execution. Proactivity: You can work independently, prioritize effectively, and keep your manager and stakeholders informed without needing constant direction.
