You care about what the numbers actually mean for the business, not just producing the analysis - You have a strong bias for action and are excited to operate beyond the traditional boundaries of a finance role - You communicate clearly and can turn detailed analysis into a compelling recommendation - You’re excited by the opportunity to work directly with a Founder and take on increasingly broad ownership as the company grows - You’re authorized to work in the United States - You’re excited to be in-person in New York City 5 days a week Bonus: You’ve spent several years in investment banking or another rigorous finance environment and have since moved into strategic finance, business operations, or a similar role at a high-growth startup.
