Client-facing Amazon Connect architecture lead for US enterprise programs — on-site and remote discovery, executive design authority and migration roadmaps from legacy platforms to Connect.
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end Amazon Connect solution architecture in front of US enterprise clients: channels, contact flows, routing, telephony and CRM/workforce integrations.
• Design the AI layer on AWS — Amazon Lex, Contact Lens, Amazon Q in Connect and Bedrock-based agent assist and voice AI.
• Lead on-site and remote technical discovery, migration roadmaps (legacy IVR/ACD and other CCaaS platforms to Connect) and delivery governance across enterprise programs.
• Represent Pronix in client architecture review boards; mentor Connect engineers and partner with pre-sales, delivery and AWS field teams.
Requirements
• 8+ years in enterprise contact-center engineering, with 4+ years hands-on Amazon Connect in production.
• Deep hands-on with Connect contact flows, Lambda integrations, telephony, Lex and Contact Lens; AWS certification (Solutions Architect or Connect specialty) preferred.
• Experience with Amazon Q in Connect or Bedrock-based agent assist and voice AI deployments.
• Executive presence for client-facing architecture workshops; willingness to travel to US client sites as needed.
Expected outcomes
• Win client architecture approval on first review for the majority of designs.
• Deliver migration roadmaps that de-risk cutover and protect service levels.
• Grow Pronix's Amazon Connect reference base through successful, referenceable go-lives.
