A global financial technology and software organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver AI and intelligent automation products. This position owns the complete product lifecycle from customer discovery and business-case development through strategy, roadmap, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization. The successful candidate will combine strong Product Management fundamentals with a practical understanding of GenAI and modern prototyping methods. RESPONSIBILITIES Own products and major capabilities from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.Conduct customer discovery and identify meaningful product opportunities.Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes.Translate customer problems into workflows, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Prioritize the backlog based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, risk, and capacity.Use AI tools to accelerate research, validation, and product prototyping.Partner with engineering, AI/ML, data, architecture, UX, operations, and commercial teams.Lead product validation, pilots, launch planning, positioning, and adoption.Measure product usage, performance, customer outcomes, and post-launch success.Incorporate customer and market feedback into future product releases. QUALIFICATIONS Significant Product Management experience with software or technology products.Demonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle.Strong customer-discovery and problem-definition skills.Product strategy and roadmap ownership.Business-case development and prioritization experience.Experience defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Experience managing product backlogs with engineering teams.Proven success launching products or major capabilities.Experience measuring adoption and improving products after launch.Current understanding of GenAI and emerging AI capabilities.Strong customer-facing, technical, and executive communication skills. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FinTech or regulated-industry Product Management experience.AI, GenAI, or AI-assistant product experience.Experience using LLM tools for rapid prototyping.Intelligent automation, RPA, or Blue Prism familiarity.Experience moving an AI proof of concept into production.Experience supporting global enterprise products and customers.
