Job Description:
Role Purpose
Provide architecture oversight and hands-on administration across Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft AI services while helping establish the future AI Operations function.
In-Scope Activities
• Define and maintain Power Platform architecture standards.
• Administer and support Power Platform environments.
• Configure and maintain security roles and access controls.
• Support environment provisioning, configuration, and governance activities.
• Support DLP policy implementation and compliance activities.
• Manage connectors and integration configurations.
• Coordinate solution deployments and environment readiness activities.
• Monitor platform health, usage, capacity, and performance.
• Establish operational standards and support processes for AI-enabled platforms.
• Partner with CareSource teams to identify operational improvements and governance requirements.
• Assist with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Copilot administration activities where platform dependencies exist.
